Get a Better Butt Workout

Don’t waste your time at the gym trying to tone your butt with exercises that don’t work. You need to get a better butt workout and we’ve put together one that we think will be very effective in getting you the results you are looking for.

Butt Workout

Instructions: •2-3xCircuit

•0-30sec rest between exercises

•0-2min between circuits

•Perform each exercise in pair back to back then perform Cardio Interval for specific time, this will equal 1 time through circuit.

A1 BW Push-ups 6 reps
A2 BW Hip Raises 15 reps
SAQ Jumping Jacks 30 reps
B1 MB Forward Reach 8 each side
B2 BW Supermans 8 reps
SAQ Jumping Jacks           30 seconds
